As we move into the summer months, I’ve been thinking a lot about chaos and how we stop it in the workplace.

I’ve wanted to be a leader for as long as I can remember. Looking back, I was kind of a bossy kid, but of course, I needed to refine my leadership skills.

I first realized I had a knack for managing when I was at Morgan Stanley. I was promoted to Team Leader in one of the Client Service teams, and I quickly saw how much I enjoyed improving processes. I was always thinking about how things could run better, with both employees and clients in mind. It was never about cutting headcount. It was about doing the right thing.

After more than 40 years navigating change inside some of the world’s top asset management firms, I am excited to announce the launch of Elevare Dynamics LLC.

Change has been a constant throughout my career. Sometimes it came by choice, and sometimes it was dropped on my desk without warning. I know what it feels like to lead a team through transformation, to rebuild processes under pressure, and to help people adapt when everything around them is shifting.
